In-house Services
Nisade offers a concierge front desk service where we organise all your resort needs, from restaurant bookings, ski lessons and transfers, to snow mobiling and back country tours, all without you having to leave your accommodation. Pre-book with us online, via email, drop by the front desk or call us from your apartment. We can do all the work to ensure your Niseko experience is fun, easy and full of adventure.

A selection of DVDs, books and board games including Scrabble and Monopoly can be borrowed at Reception (located in The Setsumon or The Vale Niseko) for your pleasure. A refundable deposit of Y1000 per DVD is required.

Most accidents in Niseko occur from visitors slipping as they walk the street, particularly at night. Please borrow our snow spikes (just pop them over your shoes). A refundable deposit of Y1000 is required. |

Take advantage of one of the Playstation 3 consoles we have available and enjoy some gaming time or a high definition blu-ray movie. Playstation consoles, games and blu-ray movies can be borrowed at Reception for a daily rental fee. |

Prepaid cell phones can be rented for Y5000 per week (including Y3000 worth of credit). Re‐charge cards can also be purchased at Reception. Prepaid phone‐cards can be purchased at Reception. Phone‐cards can be used in your apartment and instructions are in English. |
