For those in the know, Hokkaido Tracks will be also hosting a one off Toboggan championship. Based in Lower Hirafu village on Feb 18th. The Vale Niseko's weekly championships held at the Vale will be perfect practice for Lower Hirafu Village race....it's sounding like there could some Upper Village v Lower Village rivallary...
